Used in conjunction with the XMV16 or XMC16 processing modules, this module handles sensor signal acquisition, analog signal conditioning, and external communication functions. Featuring a modular rack-mount design, it is installed at the rear of the rack, directly opposite the front-end processing modules. The XIO16T provides the system with a wide range of I/O interfaces and ensures the integrity and accuracy of monitoring data through its high-precision 24-bit data acquisition capability and high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) processing.

LED Indicator Check
Periodically check the status of the module's LED indicators to confirm normal operation. The XMx16 module's front panel features STATUS, DATA, and ETHERNET ACT and LINK indicators; the XIO16T module features STATUS and ETHERNET indicators.
Cable Connection Inspection
Periodically inspect cable connections to prevent loosening or damage caused by vibration.
Self-Diagnostic Function
The module features a self-diagnostic function that can quickly pinpoint faults. If an anomaly is detected, perform a diagnostic check using the VibroSight® software first.

Can the XIO16T module operate independently?
No. The XIO16T is an interface module and must be paired with an XMV16 or XMC16 processing module; when installed at the rear of the rack, they form a complete "card pair."
Does the XIO16T support hot-swapping?
Yes. The module supports hot-swapping and removal while powered on, allowing for replacement while the system is running. However, for safety reasons, we still recommend disconnecting the power before performing these operations unless absolutely necessary.
