The ECER-WC-IE5-110 is a state-of-the-art water cooled permanent magnet synchronous motor engineered for demanding industrial continuous duty applications. Rated at 110 kW with a 380 V three-phase supply, this motor achieves the highest IE5 efficiency class, dramatically reducing energy consumption compared with conventional induction machines. The integrated water cooling jacket (IC71W) maintains a stable winding temperature even under sustained full load, which extends insulation life and allows a remarkably compact frame size for its power output.
This permanent magnet synchronous motor uses high-grade NdFeB rare earth magnets and a brushless rotor construction, eliminating excitation losses and slip losses that are unavoidable in asynchronous motors. The result is a machine that runs cooler, quieter and more efficiently across the entire speed range. With no gearbox and no brushes, the motor delivers smooth torque with minimal vibration, making it an ideal replacement for oversized induction motors in retrofit energy saving projects.

Each motor is shipped in a reinforced export wooden case with foam cushioning to prevent transit damage. Every unit undergoes a full load test, vibration test, noise test and insulation resistance test before leaving the factory, and test reports are provided upon request.
