The AIRTAC 4V400 Series is a robust line of 5/3-way pneumatic solenoid valves engineered for heavy-duty industrial automation. These valves are characterized by their large flow capacity and compact, durable aluminum alloy body construction. A key feature of the 5/3-way models (such as the 4V430C, 4V430E, and 4V430P) is the availability of three distinct center position functions: closed center (all ports blocked), exhaust center (working ports exhausted), and pressure center (all ports pressurized), providing critical control flexibility for double-acting actuators. They operate effectively within a pressure range of 0.15 to 0.8 MPa, can withstand proof pressures up to 1.5 MPa, and are designed for temperatures from -20°C to 70°C. With options for internal or external pilot operation and a variety of standard voltages (including AC and DC), these valves offer reliable performance in demanding applications like packaging machinery and automated production lines.
