Unlike single-rod cylinders where the rod side has less surface area on the piston, the double rod design provides identical surface areas on both sides. This guarantees that extension force/speed and retraction force/speed remain perfectly symmetrical.

The CDQ2WB features an integrated magnet inside the piston body, allowing developers to mount external auto switches (such as magnetic proximity sensors) onto the body grooves (Z code) to monitor stroke limits.
A: No. Every PRIUS compact cylinder is pre-lubricated with a premium, wear-resistant synthetic grease during factory assembly. It can run safely and efficiently on dry, non-lubricated compressed air, significantly lowering maintenance overhead.
A: Yes. While Rc threads are machined as standard for medium-to-large bore sizes, we can provide G threads (TF) and NPT threads (TN) to comply with regional pipe fitting standards upon special engineering request.
