1. The diaphragm repair kit is for Joil type diaphragm valve.
2. Diaphragm is manufactured with special nylon and synthetic rubber, so it is excellent even in any temperature and environment.
3. Diaphragm of the valve, the crucial part has a revetment between shock absorbent plate and shield plate, so guarantee lower noise and long life by preventing clearance & buffer role.
4. The repair kit has unique geometric diaphragm design, high speed from multiple diaphragm to reach the highest peak in an instant.
5. This diaphragm has large air - outlet, so the air can get throgh very smoothly.
6. We use high quality material, the collection equipment efficiency can be improved, the energy loss also can be reduced.

The Repair Kits
1. The pulse diaphragm valves are especially designed for dust collector service applications, combining high flow, long life and extremely fast opening and closing to produce reliable and economical operation.
2. The high quality diaphragms are reinforced and wear resistant to guarantee a long operating life, even under harsh conditions.
3. The design with integral compression fittings will facilitate installation because there is no need forthreaded piping.
4. The high flow, angle type bodies in combination with the special main diaphragm assemblies give the unique operating features required for pulse jet valves service applications.
5. Integral pilot operated valves satisfy all relevant EC directives.
The valve's common characteristics
1. Solenoid coil has one-touch terminal block with easy electrical wiring. For outdoor use, use aluminum die-casting material body.
2. A timer controller for quick opening and closing of valve and a waterproofed, up to 180'C heat resistance coil are used.
3. Used for dusting off the surface of the FILTER BAG.
4. Diaphragm is opened by the movement of solenoid coil, instantly(0.1~0.9sec) large amounts of compressed air is discharged at once.
