ADK11-25A / 25G / 25N CKD Type Pilot Kick Solenoid Diaphragm Valve G1'' Inch NC Type
This 2 Port Pilot Kick Solenoid Valve Diaphragm Structure is similar with CKD Type ADK11-25A / 25G / 25N solenoid valve. Its structure is mainly composed of pilot valve and main valve. The main valve adopts rubber sealing structure. When in normal position, the movable iron core seals the pilot valve port, the pressure is balanced in the valve chamber, and the main valve port is closed. When the coil is energized, electromagnetic force will be generated to attract the moving iron core, and the medium in the main valve cavity leakage of the valve orifice, resulting in pressure difference, diaphragm or valve cup is quickly held up, the main valve orifice opened, the valve was a path. When the coil is cut off, the magnetic field disappears, the active iron core is reset, and the pilot valve port is closed. After the pressure balance between the pilot valve and the main valve cavity, the valve is closed again.

Usage notice of ADK11-25A / 25G / 25N CKD Type 2 Port Pilot Kick Diaphragm Solenoid Valve:
1. Check the components before use, whether they are damaged during transportation, and then install and use.
2. When installing, please pay attention to the direction of gas flow and the correct connection.
3. When using, please strictly abide by various technical requirements, such as working voltage, operating frequency, working pressure, and operating temperature; when debugging the whole machine, it is recommended to use manual device to debug, and then power on and debug.
4. Please pay attention to dustproof. It is recommended to install a muffler or a muffler throttle valve at the exhaust port.
5. Install the filter before the valve, and pay attention to eliminate the pipe joints, metal particles, dust and oil in the pipe.
6. When using, install according to the horizontal piping construction, avoid vertical and upside down installation.
The solenoid valve body is made of brass and the coil is pure brass. The diaphragm in the picture is EPDM. Other materials can be customized. Working principle: When energized, the electromagnetic force opens the pilot hole, the pressure of the upper chamber drops rapidly, and the pressure difference between the lower part and the lower part is formed around the closing member, pushing the closing member to move upward, the valve is opened; when the power is off, the spring force is used to guide the hole. Closed, the inlet pressure quickly enters the upper chamber through the bypass hole to form a lower low and high pressure difference around the valve closing member, pushing the closing member downward to close the valve.
