How does an armature assembly work?

When the working current passing through the coil, a magnetic field is generated around the coil. The electromagnetic force drives the moving iron core to overcome the resistance of the spring to move upward, and it is absorbed with the static iron core.

When the coil is powered off, the electromagnetic force disappears, and the moving iron core is reset downward under the action of the spring force.

The main characteristics of the armture of solenoid valve can be reflected in the following aspects.
1. The static iron core is made of high magnetic conductivity, low remanence, antirust and corrosion-resistant materials, durable and responsive
2. The tube is made of copper or stainless steel, adopt rolling technology, and make the connection more closer and firmer.
3. The spring material is the imported stainless steel spring special steel wire, with stable pressure and good recovery performance
4. Sealing materials can be selected according to your different requirements
