The electronic drain valve is mainly composed of a solenoid valve with 0545/0543 solenoid coil, a timer and a junction box. The automatic drain valve is set for a period of time to perform a drain operation on a regular basis.

1. The hot, humid and moisture-laden compressed air from the air compressor is first pre-cooled by air to the air heat exchanger; then the pre-cooled air is passed through the refrigerant in the air-to-refrigerant heat exchanger. Because the wire diameter of the coil and the magnetic area of the magnetic steel directly affect the magnetic force of the solenoid valve coil, the dc coil can be removed from the core and move freely. The ac solenoid valve coil can not be pulled out from the iron core, once pulled out, will cause a surge in the coil current, seriously burned the coil. In addition, there is no need for any short circuit ring inside the dc coil core.

Solenoid valve coil magnetic force size, to a certain extent, determines whether the solenoid valve can operate normally. If the magnetic force is too large, the solenoid valve cannot operate. If the magnetic force is too small, the solenoid valve is not operational. The best way is to control solenoid valve coil magnetic force properly.​
