Features of Armature Assembly
The main characteristics of the armture of solenoid valve can be reflected in the following aspects.
1. The static iron core is made of high magnetic conductivity, low remanence, antirust and corrosion-resistant materials, durable and responsive
2. The tube is made of copper or stainless steel, adopt rolling technology, and make the connection more closer and firmer.
3. The spring material is the imported stainless steel spring special steel wire, with stable pressure and good recovery performance

Armature also called iron core, it increase the electromagnetic force and help solenoid control the switch, flow and pressure. Armature of solenoid is made of soft iron. Steel can’t be raw material of armature. Once steel be magnetized, it will retain a long-term magnetism and can’t demagnetize, which makes electricity lose control of armature magnetism. In brief, an armature made of steel will lose the due advantages of solenoid.
