Product Features:
The M8 Acid Alkali Corrosive PTFE Solenoid Valve is a compact 2/2-way normally closed direct-acting isolation solenoid valve designed for controlling corrosive liquids and gases. The key feature is the M8×1 threaded connection combined with a PTFE wetted structure, making it suitable for compact chemical, analytical and laboratory fluid-control equipment.
PTFE Isolation Design
The valve uses an isolation structure to keep the corrosive medium away from the electromagnetic actuator.
The main fluid-contacting materials are:
PTFE valve body
PTFE sealing components
Isolation diaphragm/structure
This construction is intended for media such as acid, alkali and corrosive liquids, rather than the general-purpose water/air service normally associated with brass solenoid valves.
However, chemical compatibility should still be checked against the specific chemical concentration and operating temperature. PTFE should not be treated as universally compatible with every chemical under every condition.
