Electromagnetic Pulse Valve DMF-T-50S 2 Inch Straight Through Solenoid Valve
DMF-T-50S is a 2-inch straight-through electromagnetic pulse jet valve commonly used in dust collector reverse-pulse cleaning systems. Its inlet and outlet are arranged at 180° on the same centerline, making it different from the 90° flow path of the DMF-Z series.
How DMF-T-50S Works
DMF-T-50S is an integral-pilot solenoid valve. When the pulse controller energizes the solenoid coil, the pilot mechanism changes the pressure inside the diaphragm chamber. The resulting pressure difference opens the diaphragm and releases compressed air through the valve.
When the electrical signal ends, the pilot closes and the diaphragm returns to its sealing position.
The straight-through design keeps the inlet and outlet aligned, providing a direct airflow path for the cleaning pulse.

DMF-T-50S is used in reverse-pulse cleaning equipment such as:
