The key distinction from DMF-Y-40S is the pilot configuration: MF-Y-40S uses a remote solenoid pilot, while DMF-Y-40S uses an integral pilot.
MF-Y-40S uses a remote electromagnetic pilot valve to control the pressure above the two main diaphragms.
