Fender Characteristics:
1. The fender acts as a buffer by squeezing the internal air, and the inflatable rubber fender deforms slightly when squeezed and compressed. It has a large contact surface, low reaction forces and large energy absorption.
2. When the ship is berthing at an angle, the pneumatic rubber fender can achieve oblique contact with the ship due to its unique structure, so as to better protect the ship and the wharf.
3. The fenders are always floating on the water surface, so that the ship can berth safely at any time without being affected by tide fluctuations and waves. At the same time, it floats on the surface of the water, and the friction force is small, so it is guaranteed not to be damaged. The ship's exterior coating and the rubber fenders themselves.
4. The installation is very convenient. No bolts and nuts required. One of the things we need to do is to tie the boat fenders to the dock or the ship's anchor posts with ropes.
Fender inspection:
Classification society testing is carried out according to customer needs. Each classification society has different testing requirements. Our fenders can pass the testing of any classification society organization. Usually customers will ask us to carry out BV testing. We can help customers find the classification society agency testing, customers can also find testing agencies to come to our factory for testing.
Delivery:
1.It needs to be deflated when delivering the goods. We will provide customers with an inflatable tool box. After receiving the goods, customers need to inflate them by themselves. Of course, if customers have requirements, we will also carry out inflated delivery according to customer requirements. Generally speaking, it is deflate to ship.
2.We will use LCL or FCL according to the size and quantity of fenders purchased by customers. If LCL is used, we will use pallets and felts for packing, and if FCL is used, we will use pallet packing. As shown in the picture, it is shipped with LCL pallet package.
Fender size:
The diameter of the fender can be 500-4500MM, and the length can be 1000-120000MM. These dimensions can meet the needs of all customers.
