Products introduction
It is a new kind synthetic polymer whose performance has both advantage of plastic and rubber.The high strength of plastic and good elastticity of rubber.
1. High wear resistance which is 3-5times of nature rubber.
2. Excellent oil resistance which is 4 times of rubber.
3. High mechanical strength and tear strength.
4. Excellent tolerance of acid,alkali,low temperature and organic solvent.
5. High metal-bonding performance.
6. The range of hardness is extensive and the elastic range can be adjusted from Shore A10 to A100.

Type I fender with tyre-chain protective sleeve
Type II Sling Type
Inside of Foam Filled Solid Fender is filled with environmental protection material-EVA with coating protective layer of polyurea material on outer surface. Polyurea is an new material of adjustable high-elasticity modulus. There are galvanized flange and swivel on the fender two ends. Like pneumatic rubber fender, tyre-chain net protective jacket is also optional spare part to foam filled fender for better anti-collision performance.
