2. The inner rubber of the fender

There is a layer of inner rubber inside the rubber membrane to seal the air inside the mudguard.

3. The fender is used to reinforce the synthetic tire cord layer

The reinforcement layer is made of synthetic tire cords commonly used in tires, and is wound layer by layer to provide a powerful and effective energy-absorbing effect.

4. Fender flange

A steel flange is installed on the mudguard, and an air valve or safety valve can be installed.

5. The safety valve of the fender

Fenders with a fender diameter of 2500mm and larger should be equipped with safety valves to release excessive internal pressure when the fender is accidentally over-compressed. Mudguards with a diameter less than 2500mm can be equipped with safety valves according to customer needs.

6. Metal fittings

All relevant metal fittings of the pneumatic fender, including shackles, towing rings, swivels, chain nets, are made of stainless steel, which can resist seawater corrosion.

About the quality:

1. Each batch of goods will pass ISO17357 DNV-GL inspection, CCS inspection (rubber material test, product size test, air tightness test, pressure test) before shipment

2. The factory quality inspection report issued by Henger. If the customer needs, the video inspection certificate can be issued when the product quality inspection is carried out before the product leaves the factory. On the premise that the buyer bears the cost, a third-party testing agency can be invited to conduct product testing.

About the production process:

1. After the fender is produced, it will stand for 48 hours in strict accordance with the requirements to check the air tightness of the fender before proceeding to the next step.

2. Before leaving the factory, the air tightness of each product will be strictly tested, and full-time technicians will be asked to use soapy water to detect air leaks. Once there is a quality problem, it is absolutely not allowed to leave the factory for sale.
