The Ship Launching Inflatable Airbag is manufactured from high-quality rubber and multi-layer impregnated tire fabric. These marine rubber airbags are extensively used for launching ships, lifting and carrying heavy objects, and rescuing stranded vessels. Primary user groups include shipyards, shipowners, and marine supplies companies.
"Henger" Ship Launching Inflatable Airbag features an overall frame structure using cross whole intertwine technology. This creates a more rational structure with clear texture, no junctures, higher loads, and 20% greater bearing capacity compared to lap technology (roller).
Henger airbag structure consists of outer rubber + synthetic cord reinforced rubber layers. Design features include central cylindrical body with tapered ends. Available cord layers: 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12 layers.

The synthetic tire cord layer uses impregnated Nylon-6 1400dtex / 3-V2 tire cord, increasing strength and durability by 20%.
