"HENGER" Airbags overall frame structure uses cross whole intertwine technology, the overall structure is more reasonable, texture clear, no juncture, high loads, more safety than lap technology (roller), more than 20% bearing capacity.
“HENGER” airbag structure are consist of the outer rubber + synthetic cord reinforced rubber layers.Its shape characteristics: central body cylindrical + tapered on both ends. Cord layers: 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12 layers.
6000 years ago, our ancestor begin to use log-rolling method to lift and move weights, which is still widely used in daily production and actual life nowadays. Marine rubber airbag is designed with soft rubber to lift and carry weights, based on log-rolling method.
Marine rubber airbag is an innovative product of Chinese own proprietary intellectual property rights. It has wide application like ship launching & upgrading, caisson lifting & moving, heavy weights lifting, underwater-engineering buoyancy aid. The marine rubber airbag is not limited to space and heavy machinery, which could efficiently shorten the construction period and save lots of funds.
According to CB/T 3795--1996, marine rubber fender should meet the following requirements.
1. Dimensional Deviation:
Diameter & Effective Length Deviation: ±2%
Total Length Deviation: ±4%
2. Amount of Elastic Deformation: diameter deformation amount ≤ 5% under 1.2 times working pressure.
3. Safety Factor: >4.5
4. Air Tightness: depressurization < 5% after 1hour inflation
5. Surface Quality: fairing line shape, no crack, no bubble, no double skin, no impurities, no distinct dirt and other apparent defect.
6. Anti-explosion design of end part.
Marine Rubber Airbag also known as rubber airbag, ship air bags, ship launching airbag, ship salvage airbag, boat salvage airbags, inflatable airbag, ship lifting bag, air balloon, made by rubber & multi layer of rubber-dipped tyre fabric.
Marine Rubber Airbag are widely used in launching and landing ship/ boat/vessel, lifting and moving heavy goods, salvaging stranded boats.
