Large-size fenders include safety valves to release internal air in case of accidental over-pressure.
Henger Inflatable Rubber Fenders utilize the compressive elasticity of air, eliminating performance deterioration due to fatigue.
Energy absorption remains consistent at inclined compression angles up to 15 degrees.
The compressive elasticity of air provides completely uniform surface pressure on contact, making Henger Inflatable Rubber Fenders ideal for various applications. The surface pressure equals the internal air pressure.
Due to low and uniform surface pressure properties, our fenders are particularly popular at LNG-ship terminals.
The reaction force of Henger Inflatable Rubber Fenders does not increase sharply, even under excess load conditions, effectively protecting ships and mooring facilities.
The reaction force and deflection of our fenders do not easily reach maximum levels because the reaction force increases slowly and allowable deflection is wide, ensuring safety for ships and mooring facilities even in rough weather conditions.
