The SHED-01-32 is the compact mini edition of the wood look cabinet door VANRIOS outdoor BBQ pod, designed as a three-person family outdoor kitchen station and fitted with a pulse ignition grill. It keeps the full material and structural build of the SHED-01-30 while trimming the overall width to W2660 mm. It shares the standard SHED-01-29 configuration, including a double door outdoor refrigerator, and turns any villa yard, hotel terrace or clubhouse into a complete outdoor cooking space.
With a reduced W2660 mm footprint, the SHED-01-32 mini pod offers a complete outdoor cooking station sized for a three-person family while retaining the wood look cabinet doors and pulse ignition grill of the full-size SHED-01-30.
The cabinet doors are finished with a wood grain look on aluminum, delivering the warm, natural appearance of timber without the warping, rotting or termite issues of real wood. The high-temperature cured outdoor powder coating keeps the wood-look door surface stable against UV rays, moisture and salt spray, while the rest of the pod body keeps its standard powder-coated finish.
The cooking station is equipped with a heavy-duty 5-burner stainless steel gas grill featuring an electronic pulse ignition system for fast, reliable one-touch lighting. Combined with the integrated flame failure safety device, the grill starts quickly and shuts off gas automatically if a flame goes out, delivering dependable performance for commercial hospitality use.
The framework and door panels are crafted from double-layer heavy-duty aluminum rated IP67 for waterproof protection, resisting UV rays, salt spray and acid rain for a rust-free, oxidation-resistant lifespan.
Thanks to the modular knock-down structure, one 40HQ container loads 8 units, significantly reducing freight cost per unit and simplifying logistics for distributors and project buyers.
Dual-motor electric hydraulic canopy doors open smoothly by remote control with zero field installation. An integrated LED lighting system, also remote controlled, offers multiple color options and dynamic modes for functional visibility and sophisticated outdoor styling.
