Materials & Construction:

Pogo pin: Brass C3604,plating: 5μ" Min Au over 60~100μ" Ni (Gold over nickel for corrosion resistance).

Female pin: Same plating as pogo pin.

Spring: SUS 304 Stainless Steel + Au plating,ensures durability and conductivity.

Housing: Black HTN (High-Temperature Nylon) + 30% GF, UL94 V-0 flame retardant, high-temperature resistant.

Shell: Brass (Au plating) or SUS304 Stainless Steel, corrosion-resistant, with optional gold plating for conductivity.
Magnet: NdFeB N52 (Nickel-plated),high-strength neodymium magnet with Ni coating for environmental protection.
