2.54mm  Pitch Male Female Pogo Pin Connector Double Row SMT 16pin pogo pins.

The pogo pin is SMT type, it has good stability, the bottom of the Barrel is a flat bottom design, which is easy to solder on the PCB board

Plunger: Lead-free C6801, Plating: 01~99 μ" Au over 60~100 μ" Ni.

Barrel: Lead-free C6801, Plating: 01~99 μ" Au over 60~100 μ" Ni.

Spring: SUS 304 stainless steel, Plating: 1 μ" (likely Au or Ni for corrosion resistance).

Housing: Black HTN (High-Temperature Nylon) + 30% Glass Fiber, UL94 V-0 flammability rating.

2. Precautions for product use
.According to the engineering drawings, the maximum allowable compression shall not be exceeded
.It is suitable for welding temperatures ranging from 380 to 420 degrees Celsius, with a welding time of 3 to 5 seconds. It is not allowed to process the product within a short period of time perform repeated welding multiple times
. Adapt to the furnace temperature range of 400 to 500 degrees Celsius
. When designing the application end, please reasonably avoid the pogopin compression space
