PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
F2850 Polyaspartic Waterproofing Polyaspartic Polyurea Resin
Polayspartic polyurea technology is a core technology in our company. We have established a lab research base since 2004, with a strong R&D team consisting of 40 engineers. Now our polyaspartic polyurea materials have been applied on anti-corrosion, waterproof, flooring, construction coatings etc. We also can provide unique guide formulation to manufacturers based on their specified requirements.
Feiyang also set up a R&D institute located in Shenzhen University, equipped with advanced testing and researching machines. With continuous development of well-sold special chemical, the institute has built great cooperative relationships with Stanford (US), Dalian Univesity of Technology and Shanghai Jiaotong University.

Ⅱ Properties and application
●FEISPARTIC F2850 is Aminofunctional co-reactant for polyisocyanates,it could be used for the formulation of high-solids, two-component polyurethane topcoats and solvent-free coating materials
● FEISPARTIC F2850 could serve as chain extender or R component in polyurea coating. It could also react with –NCO functional HDI trimmer from which longer gelling time and excellent yellow resistance can be achieved. Longer gelling time can also be obtained when reacting with MDI pre-polymer. Hybrid of polyurea and polyurethane can be achieved when FEISPARTIC F2850 is blended with hydroxyl-functional resin such as acrylic, alkyd resin. FEISPARTIC F2850 offers higher solid content and faster drying time than ordinary polyurethane. It is widely applied on formulating variety of protective coatings.
● Main Feature
1. Lower viscosity, can be reactive diluent of polyaspartic ester resin coatings.
2. Could be made into environmental coatings which has high solid content with low viscosity.
4. Paint film has excellent combination of rebound resilience, leveling, gloss and handfeel.
5. Paint film can offer excellent low temperature flexibility, waterproof and solvent resistance as well as acid and alkali resistance etc.
6. Can react with our elastic curing agent to make elastic materials with excellent mechanical properties of which elongation can reach to 400%.

Ⅳ Package and storage
● 200Kgs/Drum, 4Drums/pallets, 80Drums/container or 1Ton/IBC tank.
●FEISPARTIC F2850 resin must be stored in tightly sealed containers to prevent from contacting with moisture. Recommended storage temperatures are 0°-40°C (32°-104°F). The shelf life of FEISPARTIC F520 is 12 months when stored in closed original containers at 77°F (25°C).
