F520 presents as a clear, colorless to light yellow-green liquid with a haze level of ≤250 Hazen (Pt-Co), ensuring a stable and transparent appearance. Its solid content is 96 ± 2%, with an amine value of 185–200 mg KOH/g, an amine equivalent of 290 g/mol, and a corresponding hydroxyl equivalent of 5.84%. At 25 °C, viscosity ranges from 800 to 2000 mPa·s, and relative density is 1.06 ± 0.02. These tightly controlled physical and chemical properties provide the perfect balance of high solids and low viscosity, supporting efficient reactivity and crosslinking while delivering excellent handling and application performance.
