Production process for plain steel wire mesh
1. Raw material checking - Test wire diameter, wire mechanical property and chemical composition.
2. Wire Warping - Roll the wires all over the bobbin creel which is part of weaving machine.
3. Mesh Weaving - Get the weaving machine started to work
4. Quality Inspecting: Check if mesh surface and specification conform to the custmer requirements.
5. Epoxy Coating: Take electrostatic powder coating
6. Quality rechecking: Check if the situation of hole blockage exist
7. Edge Cutting: Cut the extra edge off
8. Packing - Put the mesh roll to the certain package and then store in the finished product warehouse.
We finished above mentioned products using our own equipment facility, so on basis of competitive cost, quality can be under good control without any rough-handling which is always existed in the outside processing plant.
