Product Introduction

This product is a specialized 3D Crimped Nylon Staple Fiber, engineered specifically for high-performance needle punching and nonwoven manufacturing processes. The key defining characteristics are:

• Material: Nylon (also known as Polyamide), chosen for its exceptional strength, outstanding abrasion resistance, excellent resilience, and good dyeability.

• Crimp: 3D Crimp. This refers to a three-dimensional, spiral-like crimp applied to the individual fiber filaments.
