1.Customizable Denier Range (1.5D - 100D):
Fine Denier (1.5D - 6D): Provides high fiber density, smooth surface, and flexibility for lightweight, high-strength nonwovens and precision felts requiring fine filtration or a soft finish.
Medium Denier (6D - 20D): Offers a balance of strength, bulk, and processability, serving as the workhorse grade for most needle-punched fabrics, automotive interiors, and standard industrial felts.
Coarse/High Denier (20D - 100D): Delivers exceptional tenacity, dimensional stability, and durability for heavy-duty applications such as geotextiles, abrasive backings, and high-load composite reinforcements.
2.Adjustable Cut Length (38mm - 152mm):
Short Lengths (38mm - 65mm): Optimized for dry-laid or wet-laid nonwoven processes, ensuring excellent web formation uniformity and bonding efficiency in high-speed production lines.
