High Viscosity PA6/PA66 Nylon Chips are premium-grade polymer raw materials engineered for demanding applications that require superior molecular weight, mechanical strength, and thermal stability. Produced through controlled polymerization and solid-state post-condensation processes, these chips exhibit an elevated intrinsic viscosity (IV), which directly translates to higher molecular weight and enhanced polymer chain entanglement.
This high viscosity grade is characterized by its excellent melt strength, outstanding toughness, and improved resistance to creep and fatigue. The material maintains the inherent advantages of polyamide, including good chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and a high melting point, while delivering superior performance in final molded or extruded products.
Application
High-Performance Engineering Plastics: The foundational raw material for injection molding or extrusion of high-strength, durable engineering components such as automotive under-hood parts, gears, bearings, and industrial machinery housings that require exceptional toughness and dimensional stability.
