PA6 Nylon 6 Resin Pellets - 30% Glass Fiber Reinforced, Black Color, Injection Molding Grade is a high-performance engineering thermoplastic compound designed for demanding applications. This material combines the excellent base properties of Polyamide 6 (Nylon 6)—such as good toughness, wear resistance, and chemical resistance—with the significant mechanical enhancements provided by 30% glass fiber reinforcement.
The incorporation of glass fibers results in a dramatic improvement in tensile strength, stiffness (modulus), and dimensional stability, particularly under heat and load. The material exhibits reduced creep, lower thermal expansion, and superior long-term performance compared to unfilled PA6. The standard black color, often achieved with carbon black pigment, provides UV protection and a consistent, market-preferred appearance. This compound is specifically formulated and pelletized for optimal processing in conventional injection molding machines, ensuring excellent flow characteristics, fast cycle times, and reliable part production.
