Workshop temperature/humidity: 25±2°C / 65±5%
Oil content: 2.5–3.5% (knitting grade)
Dyeing Process (100% Polyester):
Scouring: 80°C × 20 minutes
Dyeing: Disperse dyes at 130°C × 45 minutes
Reduction clearing: 80°C × 20 minutes
Heat setting: 170–180°C × 30 seconds
Single Jersey (24 Gauge) – Yarn length 27–29cm per 100 needles, weight 130–150 g/m². Used for summer T-shirts.
Rib (18 Gauge) – Yarn length 22–24cm per 100 needles, weight 180–200 g/m². Used for cuffs and waistbands.
Interlock (22 Gauge) – Yarn length 24–26cm per 100 needles, weight 160–180 g/m². Used for underwear and loungewear.
Air Layer (20 Gauge) – Yarn length 30–32cm per 100 needles, weight 200–230 g/m². Used for spring/autumn jackets.
