The dope dyeing process incorporates pigment directly into the fiber polymer before extrusion, eliminating the need for post-dyeing and ensuring uniform, long-lasting color throughout the fiber cross-section.
With a fineness of 4 denier and a cut length of 64mm, this fiber is optimally suited for woolen and semi-worsted spinning systems, as well as non-woven applications such as needle punch and automotive textiles. The semi-dull luster provides a natural, soft matte appearance, avoiding excessive gloss while maintaining a premium visual finish.
