Flame-Retardant PA6 Nylon Staple Fiber
Flame-Retardant PA6 Nylon Staple Fiber is a specialty engineered fiber made from polyamide 6 resin with built-in flame retardant properties. Unlike surface-treated fibers, the flame retardant mechanism is integrated into the polymer matrix, ensuring permanent and wash-resistant performance.
Key features include excellent flame resistance that meets international standards such as UL 94 V-0 or LOI > 28%, high thermal stability, good abrasion resistance, excellent tensile strength, and soft hand feel. This fiber retains the inherent advantages of PA6 nylon, including high elasticity, good dyeability, and outstanding wear resistance.
The flame retardant effect is durable and does not diminish after repeated washing or prolonged use, making it a reliable choice for applications where fire safety is critical.
