Product Introduction

This product is a high-performance wool-type nylon 6 (Polyamide 6) staple fiber specifically engineered for the worsted and woolen spinning systems. With a medium denier of 3.0D and a cut length of 64mm, it is ideally suited for blending with wool, other synthetic fibers, or for 100% synthetic spun yarn production.

The fiber features a bright luster, which imparts a vibrant, glossy appearance to the final fabric, mimicking the sheen of high-quality silk or fine animal hair. Most importantly, this fiber is anti-pilling modified, meaning it is engineered to resist the formation of small fiber balls (pills) on the fabric surface during wear and washing, ensuring the textile maintains a clean, new appearance for longer.

As a nylon 6 product, it inherits the excellent properties of polyamide, including outstanding abrasion resistance, high elasticity, and good resilience.
