Product Description

Eco-Friendly Recycling: This is the most essential feature of the fiber. It is made from recycled PET plastic bottles (such as cola bottles) through processes including cleaning, crushing, and melt spinning. This not only reduces reliance on petroleum resources but also effectively addresses the "white pollution" issue of plastic bottles, making it a typical green and sustainable material.

Hollow Structure: The center of the fiber is empty (similar to a straw). This design offers two main benefits:

• Lighter Weight: The hollow structure makes the fiber itself lighter, so products filled with it do not feel bulky.

• Warmer: The hollow part can store a large amount of still air. Since air is a poor conductor of heat, it effectively blocks heat loss, providing excellent thermal insulation.

In toys and baby products, it is often used to fill plush toys, dolls, as well as baby comfort toys and bedding. Its lightweight and soft characteristics help ensure baby safety, and it is easy to clean and resistant to bacterial growth.

In apparel and outdoor gear, it serves as an insulating layer for cotton-padded jackets, down jackets, sleeping bags, and cold-weather coats. As a synthetic insulation material, it is lighter and warmer than traditional cotton wadding, and it dries quickly and resists moisture, making it an ideal choice for outdoor equipment.
