Product Description

This Semi-dull Polyester DTY (Draw Textured Yarn) is a high-performance, specially engineered filament yarn designed for applications demanding exceptional comfort, shape retention, and a premium aesthetic.

Key Specifications & Features:

• Fiber & Type: 100% Polyester DTY. The draw-texturing process creates permanent crimps and loops along the filament, giving the yarn its inherent bulkiness, softness, and elasticity.

• Denier & Filament Count: 50D/24F. This fine denier (50 Denier) provides a lightweight and delicate hand feel, while the 24 filaments (24F) offer an optimal balance between softness and strength, resulting in a smooth yet durable fabric.

• Luster: Semi-dull. The yarn has a subdued, low-reflection sheen. This sophisticated luster is highly desirable as it avoids the overly shiny, synthetic look of bright yarns, giving end-products a more natural, high-quality, and elegant appearance.
