The 3D denier provides medium thickness, making the fiber versatile for various textile processes. The 64mm length is ideal for woolen spinning systems and nonwoven production. The bright luster gives finished fabrics a vibrant, shiny appearance that stands out. The flat cross-section creates a ribbon-like shape, which enhances the fiber's covering power and produces a smooth, flat surface feel. The high shrinkage property, typically ranging from 15% to 25%, allows the fiber to contract during heat treatment, creating bulk, volume, and a soft hand feel in the final product.

This acrylic tow fiber is widely used in the production of artificial fur and plush toys, where the bright luster and flat shape simulate natural animal hair with excellent gloss and texture. It is also suitable for carpet production, where the flat cross-section provides good soil hiding and coverage, as well as decorative fabrics and home textiles that require a bright, lustrous finish.
The high shrinkage characteristic activates during steaming or hot water treatment, causing the fiber to contract and push other fibers outward, resulting in increased bulk and a softer hand feel. The flat cross-section also improves the fiber's antistatic properties compared to round fibers. The bright luster enhances color brightness when dyed, producing vivid, eye-catching fabrics. This fiber can be processed on standard worsted, woolen, and nonwoven lines without special modifications.
