Nylon Chips Reinforced PA6 Granules with Excellent Impact Resistance and Self-Extinguishing Properties
Our reinforced Nylon 6 (PA6) chips are high-performance engineering thermoplastics designed for demanding applications. This grade is specifically formulated to deliver two critical properties:
Excellent Impact Resistance: These granules provide outstanding toughness and durability, making the final products highly resistant to cracking, chipping, or breaking under sudden impact or continuous mechanical stress.
Self-Extinguishing Properties: The material complies with key flame-retardant standards (such as UL94 V-2 or better), meaning it will stop burning on its own once the ignition source is removed. This is essential for applications where fire safety is a priority.
Application
Nylon is a very durable material with many advantages, including high strength, wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and low coefficient of friction.
