DTY is an innovative textile material produced through false-twist texturing of Partially Oriented Yarn (POY). During manufacturing, POY undergoes high-speed false-twist texturing to develop stable three-dimensional helical crimp structures in individual filaments. This proprietary process endows the yarn with exceptional bulkiness and elasticity while optimally combining the comfort of natural fibers with the superior strength of synthetic fibers.
The breakthrough advantage of this technology lies in its exceptional material compatibility. Beyond conventional thermoplastics like polyester and nylon, it can process various eco-friendly materials including PLA. Through advanced solution-dyeing technology, it achieves comprehensive color spectrum production with colorfastness exceeding Grade 4. Furthermore, precision-controlled heat-setting parameters enable customized performance characteristics for specific end-use requirements.
