This product is a high-performance engineering plastic raw material specifically designed for automotive and electronic components: Semi-Dull PA66 Chips.
Base Material: Semi-Dull PA66
PA66, also known as Nylon 66, is one of the most outstanding varieties in the polyamide family in terms of mechanical strength, rigidity, and heat resistance. "Semi-dull" means no brighteners are added during the polymerization process, giving the chips and the final products a low-gloss, matte appearance. This not only offers a more premium look but also helps reduce light reflection.
Key Characteristics:
High Strength & Rigidity: Capable of withstanding high loads and stress, ensuring the structural integrity of components during long-term use.
Excellent Heat Resistance: Possesses a high heat deflection temperature, enabling it to withstand the high-temperature environments found in automotive engine bays and during electronic soldering processes (e.g., wave soldering, reflow soldering).
Good Chemical Resistance: Exhibits strong resistance to oils, fuels, and various chemical agents, making it suitable for automotive fluid environments.
Outstanding Wear Resistance: Ideal for manufacturing mechanical parts that require frequent sliding or meshing.
