This fabric is recycled fabric, its specification is 40S*40S, its composition is 100%P, its gram weight is 173GSM.The production process of recycled polyester generally has two methods, one is called physical recovery production method, and the other is called chemical recovery production method. Physical recovery production method refers to the waste polyester reprocessing process, with bottle material, polyester waste silk and other recycled materials by crushing, melting, purification or modified granulated direct spinning to produce short fiber, product mechanical properties are poor, some difficult to meet the textile standard, generally used as filler or industrial use, but the method is simpler to produce, low cost. Chemical recovery production method refers to the use of polyester polycondensation process reversibility, through chemical methods to make the recovered polyester depolymerize into smaller molecules, intermediates or directly converted into monomers, and then polycondensation into high-quality fiber grade polyester chips for spinning, the method has higher requirements for the process, mostly used in high value polymer materials. It uses the raw material value of waste textiles and can realize complete recycling and recycling. The main methods are methanol dissolution, glycol alcoholysis, hydrolysis and supercritical depolymerization.
