Product Description
 
Cable Laid Grommet will offer the shortest possible solution in lifting applications, because it's a continuous loop sling.
 
Our general usage Cable Laid Grommet is an endless wire rope lifting sling made from one continuous length of steel wire rope, formed to make a body composed of 6 outer ropes around a core rope, featuring 6 x 37 (b) + FC construction, with 1670 MPa in tension strength. The rope ends are tucked into the body forming the core.
 
Due to its unique construction of one length of single rope and no terminations, a Cable-Laid Grommet is the perfect link between hook and load. Highly flexible, the grommets resist kinks and are easy to handle. They are suitable for heavy duty operations.
 
Main features:
- Forms a continuous loop sling
- Available in a wire rope or six strand body
- Mechanical or hand spliced connections
- Fibre core for high flexibility.
