Dual-Ply Visual Wear Indicator: The double ply version integrates a colored inner layer. When the outer ply wears through to reveal this color, immediate replacement is required—eliminating guesswork from your inspection routine.
Low-Effort Hand-Stitching: We use pliable yet armoured webbing that remains flexible below -20°C, reducing worker fatigue during repetitive hooking and unhooking.
Anti-Snag Edge Construction: Rounded, heat-sealed edges prevent fiber fraying on rough steel plates or concrete edges, a common failure point in budget slings.
8-Ton Rated with 6:1 Safety Margin: Exceeds ASME B30.9 and EN 1492-1 standards with a true 6:1 design factor, not the industry minimum.
