Order Process
1.Inquiry-Professional quotation for clothes fabric
2.Confirm the price, lead time, artwork, payment term etc.
3.SUNLONGTEX sales send the Proforma Invoice with SUNLONGTEX seal.
4.Customer make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt.
5.Initial Production Stage Inform the clients that we have got the payment,And will make the samples according to your request, send you Samples to get your approval. After approval, we inform that we will arrange the production & inform the estimated time.
6.End Production-Mass production lot samples will send to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party Inspection .
7.Clients make payment for balance and Sunlongtex Ship the goods .Also can accept payment term- Balance against B/L Copy Or L/C payment Term. Inform the tracking number and check the status for clients.
8.Order can be say “finish” when you receive the goods and satisfy with them .

Q1: What is the lead time ?
A1: Generally it is around 15-30 days after order confirmation. For special urgent order we can help arrange within one week.
Q2: How can get the samples and what about the cost of the samples?
A2: Adivse us your full company name, address,and phone number by sending us an enquiry. Hangers/Color card and Yardage sample within 1 yard are free. freight cost is supposed to be paid by new customer.

A3:Usually we accept T/T, irrrevocable L/C at sight. also it is negotiable after cooperation.
