A2: Our factory is located in Suzhou, Jiangsu province, near Shanghai. We welcome visits and provide transportation arrangements from Shanghai Pudong International Airport, Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, or Sunan Shuofang International Airport.
Q3: How can I get samples?
A3: We provide free sample sheets. Please provide your express account for freight arrangements.
Q4: How about the sample time and sample fee?
A4: Fabric samples require approximately 3-5 days for preparation after receiving your request. Sample fees are based on material and design requirements.
Q5: How is the quality control?
A5: We operate under ISO9001 Quality System with 4-step inspections covering raw materials, semi-finished fabric, finished fabric, and final products before delivery.
Q6: Can you help me make my own design?
A6: Yes, OEM services are available for custom designs.
Q7: Can you add my logo on the product?
A7: Yes, custom logos are welcome.
Q8: How do you deal with defective products? (after-sales service)
