Industrial Sodium Acrylate–Based Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP) is a high-performance absorbent material engineered for rapid and efficient liquid uptake in harsh industrial environments. 1. What liquids can this SAP absorb?

The product absorbs most water-based liquids, including wastewater, sludge, saline solutions (depending on grade), and industrial effluents. It does not absorb oils or organic solvents.

2. Is it suitable for high-salinity or chemical wastewater?

Yes. Special grades are available with enhanced salt-tolerance and chemical resistance. Please provide liquid parameters for correct product selection.

3. How much SAP is needed for sludge solidification?

Dosage typically ranges from 0.1%–1% depending on sludge moisture content, solid percentage, and salinity levels. Laboratory testing before application is recommended.

4. Does absorbed liquid release again under pressure?

No. Once water is absorbed and converted into gel, the polymer retains stability and minimizes liquid release, even under mechanical pressure.

5. Is this SAP biodegradable?

Standard acrylate SAP is not biodegradable. However, eco-friendly and partially degradable grades are available upon request.

6. Can the polymer be customized?

7. What is the shelf life?
