2. We send back artwork proof after typeset for approval;
3. Customer approve artwork after checking size, colors, details...;
4. We make samples(If needed);
5. Samples were approved by customer(if needed);
6. Mass production;
7. Internal inspection or third-party inspection;
8. Shipping;
Warm Reminder:
In order to save your precious time and get the price for customized products quickly, please provide the following information:

4. Bag size (Width & Length $ Gusset)
5. The printing area and colour
6. If possible, please provide the picture or artwork of the bag.
Payment:
1. 70% deposit + plates(cylinders) cost;
2. 30% Balance payment before delivery;
Packaging :
1) Packed in suitable cartons according to the size of the products or client's requirement.
2) To prevent the dust and moisture, we will use PE Bag to cover the products in carton

♦ Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are professional manufacturer of flexible packaging, and have been in this field for more than 15 years.
♦ Q: Can you make customized items?
A: Yes, customized service is acceptable. Material, Thickness, Size, Printing can be customized your way. Most of bags are customized for customers.
♦ Q: What kind of design should I provide?
A: Please provide design artwork in AI or PSD file with layered graph.
♦ Q: If I do not have design, can you make design for me?
A: Yes, we can make design for you by our experienced designer. And it is for free.
♦ Q: Can I get samples of my own design before placing the bulk order?
A: Yes, of course. But there will be mold fee and cost to run the machine as well as the freight, which should be paid by customer.
♦ Q: Should we need to pay the mold cost again when we reorder next time?
A: No, it's just one time fee if the design do not change and it will be used for long time.
