PACKAGING, LABELING AND TEST CERTIFICATE.
Packaging
Each delivery unit will be fixed to each cardboard tube and pallet, indicating the following:
-The package has sufficient protection against water, dust and other foreign particles.
-The dimension of cardboard tube as follows : Inner Diameter 28 mm Tolerance ± 1 mm Outer Diameter Max 300 mm Length Spool 250 mm Tolerance ± 1 mm
Labeling:
Each delivery unit will be marked and identified. The marking is legible and durable on the outer package, indicating the followings: Supplier’s/ brand name, Purchase order number, Material name and size, Date of production / lot no, Gross and net weights, Length in meter and Sufficient warning sign.
Test Report :
A final inspection will be done for each package unit (100%) then to be recorded on the test certificate / report. The test certificate will be submitted to customer to the delivery and we will keep the files at least for three years.
