Polypropylene (PP) is a thermoplastic polymer. It has a long list of applications in the industrial as well as domestic products. Polypropylene is harder and heat resistant hence its yarn used for wrapping the core wire in all types of telecommunication and power cables, and more. 

Cable Fillers made of virgin polypropylene yarns are considered as best wrapping material and are widely used inside cables electrical, both high and low tension, cables manufacturing process. High quality and both high & low twist fillers are manufactured from 5,000 Denier to 1,300,000 Deniers, wound on paper or plastic core as well as wooden or steel drums according to the specifications required of the cables. It can be a twist or non-twist, available in many customized colors. The twisting is made following customer requirements either Z twist or S twist.

• Polypropylene is produced in an extensive amount through the synthetic process and its production is much greater than the natural fibers. So, it fills the need for cable manufacturing. 
• Pure super grade filler yarn is made of 100% Polypropylene which is a wicking fabric that prevents moisture and water absorption hence giving the cables a protected and secured cover by neglecting the chances of water interference.
• Polypropylene filler yarns are very much tensile and flexible, hence they can be ideally used for twisted layers of cables.
• Because of its tangibility, a long yarn can be produced without joints. 
• Some Polypropylene filler is flame and heat resistant which is good for the safety of cables and fire incidents.
