Hydrophobic PU Grouting Materials
Introduction
VPU-1 is a common one-component hydrophilic polyurethane grouting material. The composite
poly polyol reacts with the polyisocyanate to form a hydrophilic chemical grouting material
terminated by isocyanate. It reacts rapidly with water, solidifies and expands the closed
crack, thereby achieving Quickly stop the water. This product is milky white elastic colloid
after reaction with water. It has the advantages of high speed, high strength, small shrinkage
and strong impermeability. It is widely used in waterproof tunneling projects such as subway
tunnels, water conservancy and hydropower, underground garages and sewers.
Characteristics
1.Low viscosity, quick reaction in water, forming impervious elastic colloidal concretion body
by reaction with good water sealing performance.
2.Reacting with water, it forms ivory elastic colloidal concretion body, which has the
advantages of high compressive strength, low temperature resistance,good elasticity and
penetration proof quality.
3.Good effect on mixing with water. The product can penetrate into crack deeply and the crack
can be sealed thoroughly by concretion body.
4.Good dilatability,big water content ,good water affinity and groutability, meanwhile the viscosity
and curing speed can be adjusted according to customer's requirement.
5.It can be widely used in waterproof projects such as DAMS, subway, tunnel etc.
