PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
V-999 is a high potency, non-hydrolyzable silicone for use in flexible foam production of low and ultra-low density foam grades, or formulations with high fillers concentration. It is designed to provide strong stabilization and good processing latitude, it is also recommended for high hardness medium to high-density foam grades.


KEY Features
1.High efficiency, advised density from 5kg/m3 to 15kg/m3
2.Excellent cell stabilization in high MC and water dosage formulations, stronger stability in high filler system 
3.Offers high foam height and low recession while maintain good foam porosity in low density, castor oil or palm poil polyol formulation for slab-stock foam
4.Provides good cell structure and narrow density gradient
5.Can increase the hardness of foamEasy to process in both box and continuous machine foaming
