Since 2010, we have cooperated with SUMEC to develop PU foam cushion for DLP’s
bathroom series products.PU foam cushion is waterproof and slip resisted, easy to wash.
It also can be removed, replacing with a new one. Moreover,it is safe for users to directly
connect with it, which makes the design more humanized.
Polyurethane Spare Seat Cushion is made for Standard Shower Seat.
It is a kind of polyurethane integral skin foam product. 02215 is one of 2000 series accessories
PU foam seats. PU Integral skin foam product, or what we call the whole leather molding foam
plastics, can be shaped by onetime casting moulding ,forming tough skin on the product’s
surface. We can make the surface pattern by processing the mold surface. So there will be no
need to use other plastic leather material to cover the product. This kind of material is soft and
elastic.
